Our Quality Assurance

The Australian Meat Industry has implemented several measures along the supply chain to ensure the
safety, quality and integrity of Australian meat.

As a premium quality meat exporter, our company is certified and licensed by Australian Quarantine and
Inspection Service and Aus-Meat to export meat overseas. We have two or more qualified accredited Non-
Packet Exporters (NPE) who are annually audited by Aus-Meat for the service and process of meat export.
This includes all the necessary documents for each of the shipment:

Halal Certificate
Health Certificate
Quality Assurance Certificate from the Abattoir
Bill of Landing
Certificate of Origin
Insurance
Invoice
Confirmation of Contract

The meat from our qualified Abattoirs is required to have Health Certificate, Halal Certificate (for delivery to
the Middle East), and Quality Assurance Certificate to ensure the quality of the meat.

The delivery of meat are all conducted and contained in a chilled environment which means that all the
transport vessels would have temperature controls to maintain a chilled and / or frozen environment.

The meat should be stored in a cold storage to maintain the freshness and the quality of meat.
